Physical and technical readiness of 10 - 11-year children at athletic preparatory
Hykeš, Radek ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title: Physical and technical readiness of 10 - 11-year children at athletic preparatory. Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine whether the deliberate training for a period of two months may be influenced by the level of physical and technical readiness of 10 - 11-year children who regularly attend athletic preparation. Methods: The work was conceived as a theoretical and empirical study, which used a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the level of physical and technical preparedness probands. Results: When testing the condition of readiness assayed using (Long jump from a position, running at 50 meters, throw medicine ball (2 kg)) revealed that in almost all cases there was an improvement condition, only one child have deteriorated during the test run at 50m but only about 0.1 seconds, which can be considered negligible deterioration. In the tests, the technical readiness worsened also only one child, the test slew of obstacles, namely by 0.2, in all other cases, the children improved significantly, with an average value of 0.7 is about to sweep obstacles and throw the ball in test even the value of 1.1. At the same time, we came to the fact that children with better performance on tests of fitness achieved greater improvements in tests investigating the level of technology....
Technique variability of athletic discipline old school athletes
Hykeš, Radek ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title Technique variability of athletic discipline old school athletes Objectives The aim of the work was to find out how and to what extent the technical variability of the athletic disciplines in the category of the older stage in the execution from the place or from the short start, compared to the whole acceleration version, thus at a higher speed. Methods The thesis was conceived as a theoretical-empirical survey where quantitative and qualitative assessment of the level of fitness and technical readiness of probands was used Results The best rating, and hence the high level of variability, has tested No. 5, which has reached 0.71, pointing to excellent discipline technique even at higher speeds. This is followed by Test No. 4, which has reached 0.40. Testing shows that these two tests are at the same time the best in motor tests where they achieve above-average results, so we can state that the one who is at a higher level of fitness is better able to handle athletic disciplines and adds more speed. The test value 6 also reached the value of 0.20, which also means better technical performance at higher speed. The other tests were always worse in the higher-speed version, worst-tested 3, which deteriorated by 0.72. The other tests worsened by about 0.5. Key words Athletics, older school,...

Lukešová, Petra ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Kaprálek, Tomáš (referee)
v angličtině Tittle (Theme works):Evaluation of condition preparedness of basketball players Student: Bc. Petra Lukešová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims of the dissertation: The main goal of the thesis is evaluation of physical shape of the elite Prague woman basketball team on the basis of repeated tests in intentionally chosen preparatory period. Methodology of work: Primary the thesis focuses on evaluation of conditional preparedness of elite basketball players in chosen condition preparatory periods for seasons 2001/2002, 2002/2003 and 2012/2013. The first method to discover basic figures was elementary anthropometric measuring where we determined the weight and height. Moreover we calculated the BMI. For the evolvement of conditional preparedness we selected the test battery of field tests. These tests differ from each other in content through the chosen periods. At the end of the preparatory condition period the laboratory test on the track ergometer was incorporated. The physical composition of the elite basketball players was found out within the laboratory test using the methods that are described in the methodology. Furthermore the lactate was taken. Results of the thesis: Through the chosen test battery and by the chosen methodology it was discovered, that the chosen sample of...
